RUNative campaign rejection reasons
This is a non extensive list of all the reasons that will result in having your campaigns rejected. RUNative also reserve the right to reject campaigns even if the offence isn’t listed here, if we feel that the campaign practice maybe harmful for our trusted publishers or for the general well being of the advertising network or our partners.RUNative also reserves the right to modify the list at anytime without notice.Please make sure you comply to all RUNative guidelines if your campaigns are regularly rejected your account can be suspended, your domain name or website suspended or your account can be permanently banned from our network.
4. Ad image rejections
4.1 Ad image specs are not 1500x1500px pixels maximum (or a 4:3 ratio)
Ad images must all be 1500x1500px maximum or following a 4:3 ratio.
4.2 Ad image does not fill the entire space allotted for creative (no white space along any sides)
Think native! Images must fit into the publisher’s widget, so all ad images must fill the entire space, meaning you can not have any white space along the sides.
4.3 Ad image has a border or a partial border
In order to fit into publisher's widgets, ad images must not contain borders of any kind and in any color.
4.4 Ad image is blurry or pixelated
Quality pictures is a must! Blurry or pixelated images will be rejected.
4.5 Ad image has an animation or is flashing
RUNative does not allow and kind of animation or flashing in ad images.
4.6 Ad image has text in the creative
RUNative does not allow and kind of text in ad images.
